As a ‘Registered Training Organisation’ (RTO), ‘Engaging Dialogue’ – a division of B.E.V. Consultancy Pty Ltd offers the following accredited programs that are ‘Nationally Recognised Qualifications’ developed to meet the requirements of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).
These programs address workplace competencies such as ‘Leadership’, ‘Teamwork’, ‘Best Practice’, ‘Quality Assurance’ and ‘Integrated Learning’. The duration of the program is 12 months, during which, participants are encouraged to explore and research various ‘management and leadership’ concepts and models, to integrate into their business units, within the context of the organisation’s business culture and strategy.

Introduction

Organisations aspire to being the 'Industry Leader' in a changing and competitive environment. To sustain competitive advantage, it is critical for their employees to learn faster than their competitors. The accredited Business Leadership Development Programs are designed to foster learning that will enable participants to develop leadership competence and business capabilities required to nurture the organisation's culture and drive the business strategies.

Aims & Objectives

The program aims to provide participants the opportunity to develop and integrate their cognitive, creative and intuitive skills within the workplace. Learning is integrated into the workplace through a system of mentoring and coaching.

In doing so, the participants are encouraged to 'enhance business capabilities', 'engage in best practice' and 'identify and manage talent' within their work teams. The program provides an understanding of:

  • The organisation's values and the importance of working in line with them.
  • Market demands and their impact on the business.
  • Internal and external customer relationships.
  • The business 'strengths and weaknesses', 'opportunities and threats'.
  • Reflective practice - the need to question current practices, mindsets and behaviours.
  • Maintaining learning growth at an individual, team and organisational level.

Program Structure & Content

The programs are delivered in blocks that address "Business Capabilities & best Practice" and "Business Culture & Leadership Development". The duration of each block is based on the organisation's needs.
