To improve the capabilities within the workplace, we use a collaborative and innovative approach to learning, relearning and unlearning. We do this by engaging the learner in the following interrelated practices:
- Experience – learners are encouraged to draw on their work/life experiences as a way of understanding the current status quo.
- Exploring – finding new ways of working individually and within teams.
- Critical reflection – making connections and meanings to gain new understanding.
- Reframing – seeing situations differently.
- Competency-based learning – an integration of knowledge, skills and process abilities acquired through nationally endorsed units of competence and its application in the workplace.
In the development of software applications we use the PointSynch Mobility Platform. This enables us to design, develop, deploy and support custom mobile software application in the shortest timeframe between conception to completion of projects.
