Beverley has over 15 years experience as an educator working in Industry and at RMIT University Business School, within the TAFE sector and Higher Education programs. In the TAFE sector she has held the role of Lecturer & Coordinator for the Management and Leadership Commercial Programs delivered to various industries by RMIT University. Within the Higher education programs, she has supervised ‘Masters’ students. In her Teaching role at RMIT, Beverley has taught courses relating to Organisational Leadership and Management development, Change Management, Project Management and Performance Development.

Beverley facilitates learning workshops to different industry groups within the private and public sectors. She designs and delivers organisational development interventions in the areas of Leadership and Management, Action Learning, Best Practice and Workplace Learning. Her approach to design, delivery and facilitation is informed by addressing ‘Workplace Integrated Learning' and ‘Adult Learning’ principles. The objective of her facilitation is to integrate the Organisation’s ‘Vision and Business Strategy’ with workplace policies, processes and practice.
Beverley has dealt with participants from varying levels within an organisation (Private & Public sector) ranging from clerical and administrative employees, frontline employees, middle management and senior management.
