Len has had in excess of 40 years experience gained in the Cigarette, Education, Health, Hospitality and Food Retail sectors of industry. During this period his focus has been on Project Management, Change Management, Materials Management and Retail Management in the Hot Bread Sector.
Project Management:
As part of a project team, Len was involved with the building of four 5 Star hotels in India and one in the Middle East.
Change Management:
In Hospitality this involved work in the Middle East with a cross-cultural team for two years. In Australia this was at a large private hospital involving a team of 120 members. The work was distributed over 146 ongoing workshops over a period of a year and resulted in changed work practises and an alignment of mission and cultural values.
Materials Management & Distribution:
Len is currently managing a purchasing portfolio of $50 million per annum and manages an Enterprise Requirement Planning (ERP) System for distribution.
Retail Management:
Involved the management of production and training of bakers and counter staff in 96 hot-bread kitchens.

Software Development:
Len has worked on several software projects involved with the creation of interfaces with different software platforms. His current interest is in providing mobile software solutions for supply chain management.
